Assisting stage manager in running rehearsal and ensuring a smooth workflow through performances. Taking line notes and remaining on book during rehearsal process. Arranging set pieces and props for rehearsals and performances. Walked through blocking of absent actors. Facilitating crew members in pre show setting up and ensuring actors are where they need to be at the appropriate time. During the duration of the performance, responsibilities were operating the fly system with actors on them, assisting actors with quick changes, checking and fixing mic packs, catching things being thrown into the wings, etc. Was also the solo crew member in the wings.
